WARNINGS:
– Always use it under adult’s supervision, and do not use it for other purposes. It can cause safety accidents
– Do not use immediately after you put hot drinks. It can cause backflow and burns yourseslf
– Any impacts caused by dropping or bumping can damage the parts, and end up leaking
– The button on the front can be disassembled by impacts. It is not refundable/exchangeable for these reasons
– Do not sterilize in boiled water
– Do not shake with the cap open. The joints may be disassembled and cause injury or damage
Large items may take at least 3 business days to be delivered. Large items must be shipped to a physical address and cannot be shipped to a parcel locker or PO Box. There must also be someone present at the premises or it will be sent to the nearest collection point.
There may be additional fees (in addition to the bulky item charge) to remote/rural areas and Western Australia. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. If the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges, we will refund the order.
Most items on our website are readily available at our warehouse and will be shipped within 1-3 business day of the order. If there is a delay in stock arrival (5 business days or more), our sales team will contact you via email or phone.
Please note that there may be a delay in your order over busy periods such as during sales or over Christmas.
Express shipping is available upon request and will be calculated based on the size of the order.
Delivery to hospitals located within Sydney metro areas is also possible by one of our team members. If you require urgent/immediate shipments of items within Sydney metro areas, please email info@babyharbour.com.au and we will try to accomodate your request.
Baby Harbour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
