Cold hand wash only with extra care with wings and other accessories. For optimal care of our socks, we recommend a cold hand wash, taking extra care with wings or other accessories. Proper washing is essential to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

Size Guide
These socks are 'one size fits most' and are suitable for ages 6 - 99. They can fit adults but we recommend up to shoe size EU 41 equivalent to women's size 8/9 AU. Please note, they do have limited stretch around larger or muscular calves. Socks with less busy patterns such as (Mermaid Socks, Liquorice Bows, Mermaid Frills, Music Notes, Neon, Rainbow Tie Dye, Magic Frills, Ice Cream, Tie Dye) have better stretch and we highly recommend these patterns for adults to avoid stretch issues.

Shipping for large items

Large items may take at least 3 business days to be delivered. Large items must be shipped to a physical address and cannot be shipped to a parcel locker or PO Box. There must also be someone present at the premises or it will be sent to the nearest collection point.

Shipping to Non Metro locations

There may be additional fees (in addition to the bulky item charge) to remote/rural areas and Western Australia. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. If the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges, we will refund the order.

Availability of products

Most items on our website are readily available at our warehouse and will be shipped within 1-3 business day of the order. If there is a delay in stock arrival (5 business days or more), our sales team will contact you via email or phone.


Please note that there may be a delay in your order over busy periods such as during sales or over Christmas.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available upon request and will be calculated based on the size of the order.


Delivery to hospitals located within Sydney metro areas is also possible by one of our team members. If you require urgent/immediate shipments of items within Sydney metro areas, please email info@babyharbour.com.au and we will try to accomodate your request.

Delivery support

Baby Harbour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.


If you did not receive your package, please contact Baby Harbour within 10 business days of the order being sent.
