Promotion Rules

  1. Eligible Regions
  • This promotion is only valid for orders delivered to Greater Sydney and Greater Melbourne metropolitan areas.
  • Eligible postcode ranges are:
  1. Minimum Spend Requirement
  • Customers must spend a minimum of AUD 49 on qualifying products in a single transaction (after discounts, before shipping).
    • Greater Sydney: 2000–2234, 2745–2770
    • Greater Melbourne: 3000–3207, 3750–3810, 3910–3977
  • Shipping fees and non-eligible products do not count towards the minimum spend.

  • Free shipping applies only to products from the following brands:
    Skater, Sunday Afternoon, Pigeon, EDISONmama, izipizi, Jan/Jul, Jellycat, Kaloo, Grosmimi, Hegen, CamelBak, Mamakids, Wakodo, MADMIA

Terms & Conditions

  • Free shipping is only available for delivery addresses located within the specified Greater Sydney and Greater Melbourne postcode ranges.
  • Orders must reach the minimum spend threshold exclusively on eligible products listed above. Items from other brands or categories will not contribute to the free shipping threshold.
  • The AUD 49 minimum spend must be met in a single order and cannot be combined across multiple transactions.
  • If items are returned and the remaining order value falls below the threshold, standard shipping charges will apply. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other shipping promotions, coupons, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • Standard shipping timelines, handling policies, and exclusions (e.g., bulky or oversized items) still apply.
  • This promotion is valid only while stocks last and may be subject to availability of eligible products.
  • Baby Harbour reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Shipping for large items

Large items may take at least 3 business days to be delivered. Large items must be shipped to a physical address and cannot be shipped to a parcel locker or PO Box. There must also be someone present at the premises or it will be sent to the nearest collection point.

Shipping to Non Metro locations

There may be additional fees (in addition to the bulky item charge) to remote/rural areas and Western Australia. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. If the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges, we will refund the order.

Availability of products

Most items on our website are readily available at our warehouse and will be shipped within 1-3 business day of the order. If there is a delay in stock arrival (5 business days or more), our sales team will contact you via email or phone.


Please note that there may be a delay in your order over busy periods such as during sales or over Christmas.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available upon request and will be calculated based on the size of the order.


Delivery to hospitals located within Sydney metro areas is also possible by one of our team members. If you require urgent/immediate shipments of items within Sydney metro areas, please email info@babyharbour.com.au and we will try to accomodate your request.

Delivery support

Baby Harbour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.


If you did not receive your package, please contact Baby Harbour within 10 business days of the order being sent.
