Most people start water play when their babies can sit!
Most people have their babies first play in the water when they are able to sit. Because babies can drown in just 10cm of water, it is better to start water play when your baby is fully capable of sitting. Please be careful not to leave your baby's side when playing in the water.


Get used to the water little by little!
The most common location for water play was overwhelmingly plastic pools or baths at home. It seems that most mothers started off with baths and plastic pools at home to get their baby used to the water little by little, rather than suddenly using a large swimming pool. When playing in water at home, remember that the water will be too cold if you fill the plastic pool immediately before playing. You should fill the pool in the morning and allow it to warm up.

It's mainstream to use special pants when playing in the water!?
Apparently the majority of mothers use special Swimming Pants for their babies. It seems that using special pants when playing in the water is becoming the mainstream.

Shipping for large items

Large items may take at least 3 business days to be delivered. Large items must be shipped to a physical address and cannot be shipped to a parcel locker or PO Box. There must also be someone present at the premises or it will be sent to the nearest collection point.

Shipping to Non Metro locations

There may be additional fees (in addition to the bulky item charge) to remote/rural areas and Western Australia. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. If the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges, we will refund the order.

Availability of products

Most items on our website are readily available at our warehouse and will be shipped within 1-3 business day of the order. If there is a delay in stock arrival (5 business days or more), our sales team will contact you via email or phone.


Please note that there may be a delay in your order over busy periods such as during sales or over Christmas.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available upon request and will be calculated based on the size of the order.

Baby Harbour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
